Donemana Primary School

Our School is a controlled school situated in the village of Donemana. It is set on a large site on the edge of the village but in the heart of the community. There are currently 103 children on roll. The staff comprises of a teaching principal, five class teachers, a part-time support teacher, three classroom assistants, a school secretary and three lunch time supervisors.

Donemana Primary School is a vibrant and energetic environment which strives to increase standards and ensure all children receive teaching and learning experiences of the highest quality.  We believe in the importance of good behaviour, learning a broad and balanced curriculum and having fun!  Our school is a happy and busy place!

We endeavour to provide a wide range of curricular and extra-curricular activities and experiences including sport, music and excursions. 

Loughash Primary School

Loughash Primary School is a maintained primary school nestled at the foot of the Sperrin Mountains in County Tyrone, close to the County Derry border. It is five miles from the village of Dunamanagh.

The school has a happy environment and seeks to promote a friendly and caring relationship between staff, parents and pupils. There are currently 36 children on roll. The staff comprises of a teaching principal, Mrs K Carlin and one permanent class teacher Miss S Mc Shane. We have a principal release teacher, two classroom assistants, a school secretary and a dinner lady. Loughash actively promotes high quality teaching and learning with a wide range of learning opportunities provided by the staff for the holistic development of each child. These include STEM, arts, music, sport, life-saving- Heartstart and Pushkin trust activities to name a few.

St. Joseph's Primary School

St Joseph’s Primary School is a Co-Educational Maintained School situated in the valley of Glenmornan in the parish of Leckpatrick, Strabane. The school’s catchment area includes Glenmornan village and the surrounding area.

At present St Joseph’s PS has 32 pupils, 1 teaching principal,1 teacher, 2 classroom assistants, 2 part-time teachers, 1 school secretary and 1 lunch time supervisory assistant.

We are a happy, friendly, supportive and caring school, enabling children to reach their potential by delivering a broad, balanced and challenging curriculum for everyone.

St Joseph’s is an all ability school where learning enables children to grow and develop.

We aim to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone.

At St Joseph’s, children are encouraged to be self-confident, to feel good about themselves and their ability and have high self-esteem.
